Princess of Selenity IX

Moonlight Legend's alternative form of Princess Selenity. She's the 9th in the current Rebirth Cycle and the strongest of them all, but has gone missing by the time the RPG begins. Her outfit is based upon the Valkiery mythology and is SO FUN to draw. I should mentiont hat she is NOT a Sailorsenshi - she has enough power on her own.
