Another one down for :iconsenshi-pageant:'s participation prizes for last year!

This one is :iconanimecolourful:'s Sailor Electra! She's a super cute character and I had fun spiriting her! I tried to remember she had a color change after the first entry, but I kind of guessed on her boots...I hope they're accurate!
